The Seychelles passport takes the lead when it comes to the most powerful passport on the continent. The passport can take you to one hundred and fifty countries without a visa.

The country has a population of about 97,625, the Seychelles Passport is the strongest in Africa, as at the 2021 ranking. The country is also a popular spot for tourists. The official language of the people is English, French, and Seychellois creole.

2 . SECONDLY, MAURITIUS

It is the second most powerful passport in Africa. The passport allows one to travel to one hundred and forty-six countries without a visa. Mauritius’ official languages are English and French.

3 . THIRDLY, SOUTH AFRICA

It is the third most powerful passport in Africa. With a South African passport, you have access to one hundred and one countrIES without a visa. South Africa has three capital cities: Pretoria, Bloemfontein, and Cape Town.

4 . ALSO, BOTSWANA

It is the 4th most powerful passport in Africa and gives you access to 85 countries without any prior visa. It is a landlocked country found in the Southern part of Africa. The official languages spoken in Botswana are English and Setswana, and it has a population of about 2.3 million. Globally, the country ranks at 64 of world most powerful passports.

5 . LAST BUT NOT LEAST, NAMIBIA

A Namibian passport gives you access to 77 countries without a visa. The country is ranked as the 68th country with the most powerful passport globally and the 5th in Africa.
