Queen Elizabeth: Scammer offers free scholarship to Oxford; demands GH¢5,000 via MoMo

A scammer hiding behind the image of Queen Elizabeth demanded GH¢5,000 after he made a free Oxford University scholarship to a social media user.

The account had presented the juicy offer to Facebooker under the guise of the Queen of England.

In one of the conversations, the scammer entered the dm of one lady and offered her admission to Oxford University.

According to the scammer, the lady would need to pay only GH¢5,000 for the admission process to be facilitated.

In fact, the scammer said the money would be given to the Headmaster of Oxford University.

The scammer went on to drop the Mobile Money number and asked the lady to send the money via MoMo to his supposed son in Ghana.
