Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a highly skilled and strategic Organizational Effectiveness Manager to join our HR leadership team. This key role supports the Head of Organizational Effectiveness and Compensation in designing and executing strategies that directly enhance organizational performance, employee development, and reward systems. You will play a central part in building a high-performance culture aligned with our business goals.

Job Summary

This position is a pivotal component within the Human Resources Department. You will lead critical initiatives across performance management, learning and development, and competency frameworks, ensuring our practices are effective, integrated, and support the bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your expertise will drive the continuous improvement of our people processes. Your primary duties will include:

  • First, you will own and manage the complete performance management cycle, ensuring all timelines, tools, and communications are executed effectively.
  • You will provide training and expert guidance to line managers and employees on performance management best practices.
  • A core responsibility involves coordinating the performance review process, analyzing reports, and providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR system availability and monitor process effectiveness.
  • You will also work closely with the Head and line managers to identify training needs and coordinate the prioritization, design, and delivery of relevant programs.
  • Additionally, you will support the development of the training budget and annual plans, monitoring their implementation and evaluating program effectiveness.
  • You will assist in developing and implementing broader organizational effectiveness strategies.
  • Finally, you will provide input for succession planning, talent review processes, and support the development of a strategic Competency Framework.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in talent and performance management:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CIHRM) is a strong advantage.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar organizational development or talent management role, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven hands-on experience implementing and managing a performance management system.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated talent management experience and excellent analytical and communication skills.
