About the job
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships
- Help us build insights into market intelligence and help us grow our business
This person will support all Prophunt’s Operations in Ghana.

What we’re looking for:
- Self-Starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change or develop old ideas into new opportunities and enjoys a fast-paced exciting environment with a commitment to achieving results.
- Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
- A proven record in accomplishment of increasing revenues and market share whilst securing profitability
- Proven ability to build strong & effective working relationships with clients and teammates,
- Handling multiple projects, assignments and duties and proven ability to work independently
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth
- Superior time management, organization, and presentation skills
- Passionate about Real Estate and Technology
- Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
