Job Duties
- Support the onboarding of new properties from initial walkthrough to first guest check-in efficiently.
- Coordinate interior setup, staging, furniture installation, and cleaning processes for new properties.
- Schedule and oversee cleaning crews to ensure consistent property quality between guest stays.
- Conduct regular property inspections and document findings using photos and detailed reports.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor activities while tracking timelines and associated costs.
- Manage inventory of supplies, linens, and guest essentials across multiple properties effectively.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding property issues affecting guest reservations.
- Maintain organized records of inspections, vendor work, and operational activities consistently.
Job Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a strong commitment to completing assigned responsibilities consistently.
