• Conduct quality assurance calls with customers to verify vendor work.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including variance analysis and ad hoc reporting.
• Maintain the CES training catalog and assign training to associates.
• Monitor vendor project commitments and generate relevant reports.
• Assist with ongoing programs like the Intern Program and Business Continuity Planning.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
