About Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle execution of a complex SaaS implementation and data migration initiative within a structured state PMO environment. This engagement requires hands-on governance oversight, vendor accountability management, and cross-functional coordination across application, data, networking, security, and service management teams.

You will be responsible for planning, execution, risk mitigation, change management, stakeholder communication, and adherence to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania PMO standards. The role demands strong enterprise project delivery capabilities, particularly in structured vendor environments governed by Statements of Work and SLA commitments. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in Harrisburg two days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle execution of a large-scale SaaS implementation project
Develop and manage the Project Management Plan and detailed project schedules
Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination
Manage vendor performance against Statements of Work and SLAs
Monitor milestones and implement corrective actions as needed
Maintain RAID+ logs and execute risk mitigation strategies
Coordinate planning, design, testing, implementation, and transition activities
Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
Ensure compliance with PMO governance standards
Lead structured change management processes
Manage project documentation using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Provide weekly status reporting and mentor junior project staff

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience managing technical enterprise initiatives
Experience leading 8–12 month project delivery cycles
Active PMP certification held for at least 5 years
Experience implementing SaaS solutions
Experience managing vendor Statements of Work and SLA accountability
Experience overseeing enterprise data migration efforts
Familiarity with PMI lifecycle methodologies
