Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for project delivery, performance, and team coordination
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Develop, manage, and control project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
  • Administer owner contracts and manage project risk and stakeholder communication
  • Lead project financial management, including buyout, subcontracts, change orders, and billings
  • Prepare monthly project status and financial reports
  • Coordinate closely with the project superintendent and site leadership team
  • Lead all major project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
  • Ensure strict adherence to job site safety standards and compliance requirements
  • Oversee documentation, RFIs, submittals, insurance compliance, and staff development

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing large-scale construction projects, preferably including DSA / K-12 education projects
  • Strong working knowledge of construction management software such as Sage 300, Procore, or similar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or Adobe
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in California
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States and commit to long-term employment
