Responsibilities

Take overall responsibility for project delivery, performance, and team coordination
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
Develop, manage, and control project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
Administer owner contracts and manage project risk and stakeholder communication
Lead project financial management, including buyout, subcontracts, change orders, and billings
Prepare monthly project status and financial reports
Coordinate closely with the project superintendent and site leadership team
Lead all major project meetings and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
Ensure strict adherence to job site safety standards and compliance requirements
Oversee documentation, RFIs, submittals, insurance compliance, and staff development

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience

Strong working knowledge of construction management software such as Sage 300, Procore, or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or Adobe
Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in California
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Willingness to relocate to the United States and commit to long-term employment
