Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional NPI and sustaining teams across all product development phases
Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and risk for development, prototype, and production builds
Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, test, and marketing teams from concept to release
Oversee verification, validation, and testing activities to ensure product readiness and quality
Act as the primary engineering liaison with Operations for development-to-production transitions

Requirements

Experience with BOM management, PLM systems, ECO workflows, and manufacturing processes
