We are tech11: provider of the tech11 Insurance Platform. After successfully setting up our test center in Ghana last year, we now want to continue growing in Accra.
Therefore we are now looking for an expert to support our Java / Selenium test team as an agile project manager.
We are an international team with a German head office, currently expanding around the globe.
Our goal is to bring new possibilities to the insurance industry with the tech11 Insurance Platform.
Together with you we want to optimize the test management for our platform.
We are not just looking for any Project Manager or Agile Coach – we are looking for you! You can structure and organize the test-cases and the team while being able to provide technical support through test automation know-how at the same time.

Tasks
- Organization and moderation of the scrum-meetings of our test team and distribution of the tasks to the team members
- You take on the role as a Project Manager for the test activities: creation and prioritization of the stories and subtasks
- Preparation of the test-case structure with module specific reporting and test-cases
- Creation of the daily, monthly and yearly project plans
- Sharing of the test results/reports and implementation of the test-case coding structure
- You are the contact person for our business team for all test-related questions
- You support the delivery in client specific test plans
Requirements
- Focus on technology (Java / Selenium)
- Good communication skills, motivation and proactivity
- A structured and organized way of working and the ability to build structures yourself
- Very good knowledge of agile project methodology (Scrum) and general project management skills
- Knowledge and experience in software testing
- Fluent English skills
- Excellent Skills in Jira and Excel
