We run a marketing agency and need help finding a Brand Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Klaviyo email marketing platform to make and send out email marketing campaigns.
• Manage your organic social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including making and posting content regularly (1-3 times a week).
• Work with a Video Editor and a Graphic Designer to make visually appealing content for social media and video ads for the brand.
• Keep up with the latest changes and trends on social media sites and use them to guide your content creation and posting strategies.
• Use analytics tools to look at how well your social media and email campaigns are doing, and then make decisions based on the data to optimize and improve results.

Required Experience:

• At least 2 years of direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
• Email marketing and organic social media marketing for at least 2 years
• Knowing how to use Figma to make assets for social media and marketing materials
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and the best ways to use them for free and paid marketing
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with teams from different departments and outside partners.
• Excited to work with a brand that caters to women.

Interview Notes:

The interview process will start with a video submission, then a written submission, and then two live interviews. The whole interview shouldn’t take you more than an hour or two.

The monthly pay is $1,800 USD. Tell us if you don’t want to be paid in US dollars.
