PROGRAMMES MANAGER job by National Peace Council 

Job Summary–  

To provide operational support for the efficient and effective performance of the conflict management and resolution functions of the Council.

Qualification:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Peace and Conflict Studies, Sociology, Law or any  

         other related discipline from an accredited tertiary institution;

• Membership of a relevant professional body will be an added advantage;
• Must pass a selection interview conducted by the Council in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

   Technical Competencies:   

• Knowledge in conflict prevention, management and resolution;
• Research, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of project and programme management;
• Monitoring and evaluation skills;
• Technical and innovative skills;
• Communication and presentation skills;

•    Good knowledge in relevant IT applications.
