This hybrid, full-time position offers competitive compensation ($105,000 – $125,000 base + equity) and supports H-1B transfers and TN visa sponsorship (new H-1B sponsorship is not available). About Role

As Program Manager within Data Operations, you will own medium-sized, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence and improve student outcomes across the full lifecycle, from enrollment through graduation. This role blends structured program execution with data-driven decision-making. You will partner with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate strategy into execution, optimize workflows, and enhance retention, quality, and efficiency metrics.

The position requires strong project ownership, stakeholder alignment, and analytical fluency, including familiarity with SQL and Python, to effectively collaborate with data teams. The work model is hybrid: Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday through Thursday onsite in Tribeca, NYC.

Responsibilities

Own cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery
Manage timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
Analyze operational and student data to identify improvement opportunities
Align Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders
Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and trade-offs
Improve and document workflows for scalability and consistency
Monitor performance and measure the impact of operational changes
Communicate updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

Approximately 3 years of program or project management experience
Experience in operations, data, technology, or startup environments
Familiarity with SQL and Python for technical collaboration
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
High organizational capability and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
U.S. work authorization required
H-1B transfer or TN visa eligibility accepted (no new H-1B sponsorship)
