Job Duties

In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Defining and implementing the program management strategy for the transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
Building, leading, and nurturing a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs).
Partnering with engineering, product, and operations leaders to align priorities and resource allocation.
Owning the delivery of complex, multi-phase technical programs from inception to production.
Driving Flux’s core values of velocity and simplicity by streamlining processes and removing obstacles.
Establishing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and execution frameworks.
Leading program reviews that ensure transparency and accountability at all levels.
Identifying potential risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Providing regular updates and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
Over 10 years of experience in hardware engineering and program management.
Familiarity with leading TPM teams in high-growth technology environments.
Deep understanding of engineering processes related to hardware, software, and embedded systems.
Skills in driving velocity and optimizing processes while maintaining high quality.
Strong project management capabilities with experience in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence all organizational levels.
