Responsibilities

Support the Procurement Business Manager in delivering professional procurement services
Assist with supplier engagement and stakeholder relationship management

Support tendering, specification preparation, and contract-related activity

Requirements

CIPS Level 4 / NVQ Level 2–3 qualification or equivalent procurement experience
Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Maths and English, or equivalent experience

Knowledge of professional purchasing principles
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships
Experience working to deadlines (desirable)
Tendering or specification writing experience (desirable)
Welsh language skills are advantageous but not essential
