As a Customer Support Officer, you will serve as the initial contact for customers, tackling their questions, solving problems, and providing outstanding service.
Primary Duties
- Customer Support: Quickly address customer questions through phone, email, live chat, and social networks.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and address customer grievances, transaction problems, and account-related issues.
- Informed Assistance: Inform customers about product features, policies, and optimal practices for utilizing Pod Solutions’ services.
- Customer Interaction: Kindly reach out to customers to ensure their satisfaction and offer updates on any outstanding concerns.
- Data Management: Keep precise records of customer engagements, responses, and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (technical, finance, and operations) to address and resolve intricate issues.
- Process Enhancement: Recognize frequent client issues and propose modifications to procedures to better service provision.
- Compliance & Security: Follow company guidelines, security measures, and legal standards to safeguard customer information.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Support, or similar areas (preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, call center environments, or support positions related to fintech.
- Excellent communication abilities (both spoken and written) with a professional and compassionate demeanour.
- Capability to manage stressful circumstances and effectively resolve disputes.
- Experience with CRM applications, support ticket systems, and client service tools.
- Knowledgeable about technology with a solid grasp of fintech and digital financial services.
- Robust analytical abilities and capacity for critical thinking on the spot.
- Capability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
