Responsibilities
- Support the pharmacist in delivering safe, accurate, and high-quality pharmaceutical services
- Prepare, dispense, and manage medications in line with professional and regulatory standards
- Provide excellent customer service and patient advice within the scope of the role
- Assist in leading and coordinating the pharmacy and healthcare support team
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GPhC and company standards
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
- Support day-to-day pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Promote a community-focused approach to patient care and wellbeing
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the pharmacy

Requirements
- Level 3 NVQ, BTEC, or Diploma in Pharmacy Service Skills and Pharmaceutical Science
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) with evidence of participation
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication, customer care, and interpersonal skills
- Good IT literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is preferred
- Strong organisational skills and professional work ethic
