Pharmaceutical Company is looking for a suitable, dynamic, achievement oriented-person for the position of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position/ highly matrixed organisation, working with persons of varied backgrounds and senior/ executive management.
- Relevant professional certification in CIPD, PHRI, SPHRI, CIHRM etc.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provide leadership for the full scope of all HR functions (Workforce planning, organisational change management etc.)
- Direct HR business plan and align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement HR policies to support strategic objectives.
- Keep abreast of HR development within industry nationally and globally and proactively align company HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Adopt a clear succession plan for all aspects of the business.
- Adopt an enterprise resource planning system (ERP) to enhance
company productivity. - Lead the implementation of HR projects within the HR department and across the business.
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to lead activities and initiatives associated with change management.
- Provide HR partner support to all business units and functions Provide guidance and advice on all aspects of people management to Senior Management.
- Provide coaching and counselling to business leaders and managers to effectively meet business goals.
- Design and implement talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain the best talent to support the growth of the business.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of modern trends and developments in Human Resource Management – nationally and globally.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Labour Laws of Ghana.
- Abreast with current trends in Learning and Development
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry and work environment.
- Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other HR software and tools.
- Ability to develop relevant HR policies, and procedures.
- Strong ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret data.
- Strong process and project management skills
