Job Duties
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments for the Director.
- Preparing letters, reports, and visa-related documentation.
- Liaising with clients, employers, and international partners.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
- Coordinating travel, meetings, and event logistics.
- Assisting with HR and recruitment tasks, such as posting job advertisements and tracking applications.
- Supporting the company’s compliance with Immigration NZ and Employment NZ standards.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience in a professional setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and document management.
- High attention to detail, effective time management, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A relevant qualification in business or administration is advantageous.
Employment Details
The position is full-time and permanent, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. The pay rate ranges from $29.66 to $34 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Our employment terms comply with the Employment Relations Act 2000 and Holidays Act 2003.
