1 . Communication Strategist

• Identify all potential hospitals, clinics, pharmacies etc using some form of criteria
• Find communication channels to reach as many of the potential clients as possible
• Provide comparable cost outlays for the use of the communication channels
• Provide pathways through which potential clients can be reached quickly.
• Identify potential clients (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, maternity Homes, health Centres, CHIPS Compounds etc)
• Identify the channels for reaching out to all the clients and costs for doing so
• Identify all possible means to reach the possible clients
• Risks and Mitigation Plans

2 . COVID-19 Relief Manager

• Spearhead the process of identifying investment opportunities and creating the pipeline of COVID-19 grant opportunities
• Provide monthly project budget/projections ensuring the accurate communication of financial projections to the home office
• Design financial institution strategies, select FIs to co-create COVID relief grants, and develop grants packages for rapid USAID approval
• Work directly with grantees and potential grantees to craft detailed budgets and finalize cost analyses with all associated documentation.
• Lead and conduct required assessments of the financial sector
• Administer technical assistance for financial institutions; and support the design and implementation of financial sector incentives
• Develop the COVID-19 relief grants manual and the COVID-19 relief grants section of the MFA annual work plan
