Responsibilities

Manage packaging projects from kickoff through production launch
Coordinate packaging testing processes with external testing vendors
Report launch readiness as part of the master planning process
Maintain management systems for tooling, documentation, and devices
Create palletization designs using CAPE software
Modify and update drawings using 2D CAD design software
Collaborate with sourcing, quality, process engineering, suppliers, and packing line teams
Identify and implement cost-saving packaging solutions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience in packaging engineering or project-based roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with 2D CAD software (e.g., ArtiosCAD)
Knowledge of CAPE software or the ability to learn quickly
Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, team-based environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
