Responsibilities

  • Manage packaging projects from kickoff through production launch
  • Coordinate packaging testing processes with external testing vendors
  • Report launch readiness as part of the master planning process
  • Maintain management systems for tooling, documentation, and devices
  • Create palletization designs using CAPE software
  • Modify and update drawings using 2D CAD design software
  • Collaborate with sourcing, quality, process engineering, suppliers, and packing line teams
  • Identify and implement cost-saving packaging solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in packaging engineering or project-based roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with 2D CAD software (e.g., ArtiosCAD)
  • Knowledge of CAPE software or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, team-based environments
