POSITION: International Sales Manager

ABOUT THE JOB

The International Sales Manager is to develop and lead the International Sales team in their efforts to achieve the company’s revenue targets and sales goals, and to ensure international customers are being provided the highest level of support and service. The ISM will also be responsible for expanding distribution into new countries and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the International Sales team is knowledgeable of the company’s strategic sales initiatives, and how to utilize all systems, tools and tactics that are available to support these campaigns.
  • Develop tactics that will drive customer engagement and strategies to seed the market with samples.
  • Ensure customers are updated on all current products, programs, pricing, and policies
  • Resolve any escalated customer concerns that are beyond the team’s level of control or capabilities
  • Oversee the inventory carried by our Major Distributors monthly to ensure that stock levels are being replenished on a regular basis
  • Directly manage all Distributors and direct client interactions in Africa, North America, Middle East, Europe, Russia.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing, Marketing, International Business.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry.
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience, preferably within institutional textile markets or other related industries
  • Must have existing customer relationships with key Hospital distributors or direct to the hospitals in US or Europe or Middle East.
  • Knowledge in Fabric construction preferred.
  • Knowledge on industrial engineering and quality assurance preferred
  • Knowledge in fabric physic and mechanical properties preferred.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, time management, organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and conduct performance management programs
  • Keen attention to details whiles managing multiple tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication & presentation skills using digital platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebX
