About Role

As an Outpatient Neurologist, you will focus exclusively on ambulatory neurology care in a well-organised clinic setting with no call duties. You will join an existing physician and an experienced multidisciplinary support team, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality patient care. The practice operates on a predictable and flexible schedule, with clinic hours Monday to Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, supporting a healthy lifestyle and family time.

You will see an average of 12 to 15 patients per day, use the Epic EMR system, and have access to EEG and EMG services on site. The role also benefits from close collaboration with PM&R, Neurosurgery, and outpatient infusion services, enabling comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality outpatient neurology consultations and follow-up care
  • Manage and treat a broad range of neurological conditions in an ambulatory setting
  • Perform and interpret EEG and EMG studies as required
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including PM&R and Neurosurgery
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the Epic EMR system
  • Participate in care coordination with infusion and specialty services
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and referring providers
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical quality and patient experience
  • Support practice growth and community engagement initiatives
  • Uphold clinical governance, safety, and professional standards

Requirements

  • Board eligibility or board certification in Neurology
  • Completion of an accredited Neurology residency or fellowship
  • Eligibility for medical licensure in the State of Idaho
