POSITION: Shop Assistant

Position Summary

Do you have a strong interest in retail and customer support? We seek a committed shop assistant to assist us in providing an outstanding shopping experience!

Main Duties

• Accept and relay job assignments to tailors.
• Keep customer records updated on the shop app.
• Making sure garments are in flawless condition before departing the store.
• Arrange and tag client purchases.
• Arrange objects on the shelf. Making sure they are properly pressed and tidy
• Help customers locate the products they seek and offer shopping recommendations.
• Handle customer payments swiftly at the register.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and well-structured, including cleaning and rearranging after hours.

Required Skills or Experience

• High school certificate or a university degree holder
• The capability to operate in a high-speed setting.
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales
• Robust organizational abilities
• Successful communication abilities
