Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Incentive Compensation modules.

- Perform integration tasks between OIC and other Oracle modules like Order Management and General Ledger.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and APIs related to OIC.
- Troubleshoot issues, including calculation errors and data discrepancies.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and code deployment plans.
- Participate in testing cycles, focusing on validation and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
- Support production issues and provide long-term solutions.
Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- 10-18 years of technical experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL, OIC APIs, and Fast Formulas.
- Experience in OIC configurations, including compensation plans and credit rules.
- Familiarity with integrating OIC with modules like Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills in incentive and crediting logic.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with onsite business users.
- Must be able to work from the New York office daily.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Incentive Compensation.
- Background in Sales Operations or Compensation Management teams.
- Exposure to data warehousing and business intelligence reporting for incentive analytics.
