Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Tema Ghana
Company: Sedat Consult Limited
Our Client, a reputable organization specializing in the Wholesale and Retail of American products and based in Tema, requires the services of an Operations Manager.
Required Qualification, Skills and Abilities:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in any management field
• A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in a similar role
• Must be experienced in wholesale and retail operations, and logistics
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Operational efficiency
• Must be customer-focused
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be an effective communicator and influencer (in-person, over the phone and on social media, etc).
• Ability to work in a team, and engage in multiple tasks
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Strong selling skills
• Must be able to relate to all types and levels of people
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Set up, open and close warehouse and shop
• Manage inventory and loss prevention
• Assist (generally high-class) customers and clients with logistics, operational support and customer service
• Supervise sales associate(s)
• Help customers with buying decisions using product knowledge, influence and selling skills
• Respond to telephone inquiries and online purchases and requests
• Assist with the organization’s social media strategy and campaigns
• Perform other duties as may be required
Salary : Attractive, and above market average and based on experience
