Construction company, with active operations around Ghana, is looking for qualified individuals to fill the following vacancies: Operations Coordinators

LOCATION: Labone, Adjacent to Ernest Chemist

Responsibilities:

The Operations Coordinators will be responsible for the following responsibilities.

• Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
• Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment.
• Coordinating the proper allocation of human resources.
• Arranging and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
• Assisting with project management by creating assignments, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Managing internal and external stakeholder relations.
• Managing budgets and preparing financial reports for senior management.
• Planning and organizing conferences, events, staff training, and employee engagement activities.
• Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Interested candidates for HR Manager position should have at least seven (7) years experience.
2. A minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification
3. At least three (3) years previous work experience in road construction or a similar environment
4. Member of a relevant professional body
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills
6. Ability to cooperate and work with others in a team
7. Ability to travel across the country
