About Role

The role combines manufacturing oversight, quality systems engagement, and cross-functional project management in a regulated medical device environment. This position requires travel (approximately 15–50%) to Contract Manufacturer sites and offers exposure to operations leadership pathways within a global healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Joint Process Team collaboration between Lilly and Contract Manufacturers
  • Compile and communicate monthly operational and quality metrics

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
