Ghanaian musician, Wendy Shay of Rufftown records has decided to use her capacity and influence as a public figure to send out a message of peace and love to the two biggest political parties in Ghana, NPP and NDC.
The singer has called on the members and followers of the New Patriotic Party and the National Democratic Congress to make peace prevail in this coming presidential election.
What Wendy Shay is saying is the two big parties should come together and spread the love and ensure a peaceful election.
In her recent posts on her official twitter and Instagram handles, she posted a flyer with the emblem and colors of NPP and NDC engraved in the letters “Odo” and a Ghana Flag as part of the background. Her name was written with the Ghana Flag engraved in it as well in the picture.
It is believed that she created the flyer to suit her purpose.
In the caption of her post, she cited that if she she’s been able to settle her differences with Kelvynboy to bring forth a hit song, NPP and NDC can come together and ensure a peaceful election.
