NPP WA CENTRAL PRIMARIES: Akuffo Addo’s uncle endorses candidate

Gabby Okyere Darko, has endorse the candidature of Humu Awudu. He confidently vouch for her competency. Delegates of Wa Central ware assured that Humu will deliver when elected.

With a segment of parliamentary primaries of the governing New Patriotic Party coming off on the 8th of September, grounds are getting more heated for the job. Specifically, this first set of NPP primaries shall be for the orphan constituencies only.

Humu is going into the contest with the current Municipal Chief Executive, Hon Issahaku Tahiru Moomin and Bibii Jannat.

Humu however has received an endorsement from a heavy weight in government.

“I wish Humu Awudu well in her primaries. This woman has drive, she has energy, she has passion, she has compassion and, most of all, she delivers. She is dependable. She will be good for her constituents. I hope the delegates see what those of us who have worked closely with her here in Accra have known and benefited from for all these years.” Gabby posted on his Facebook wall.

Checks made by newsnowgh.com have it that as a personal assistant to both John Boadu (General Secretary) and Lawyer Gabby Asare Okyere-Darko. According to Gabby, the several years of working with Humu has been so fruitful.

He is thus convinced that the NPP delegates of Wa Central were stand to benefit from her leadership. It is uncertain how this high hierarchy endorsement will have an effect.

Since 1992, from Mumuni Abudu Seidu through to Abdul-Rashid Hassan Pelpuo,  Wa Central has been has been an orphan seat for the New Patriotic Party. Certainly, delegates will be looking forward to vote for a candidate who is much capable to clinch the seat from the New Democratic congress.
