We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile Customer Experience & Operations Lead to join our Accra team. This role sits at the very heart of our business, acting as the crucial link between our customers, our technology platform, and our delivery operations. You will be the guardian of our customer journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless and every order is fulfilled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

In this multifaceted role, you will oversee several critical areas of the business:

  • Customer Experience Management: You will serve as the primary champion for our customers, providing exceptional support, resolving inquiries with empathy, and proactively implementing strategies to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operational Coordination: A core part of your duties involves managing the entire order lifecycle. You will coordinate our fleet of delivery riders, verify payment transactions for accuracy, and monitor the order flow from placement to final delivery.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytics: You will utilize strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks in the operational process, make data-informed decisions to improve service, and swiftly resolve any issues that arise under pressure.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Furthermore, you will collaborate on digital marketing initiatives, leveraging your direct customer insights to help shape campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with exceptional support and problem-solving abilities.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing principles.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to remain calm, decisive, and effective in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from rider coordination to payment verification.
  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a keen eye for continuous process improvement.
