Responsibilities

Manage Nexthink platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new features

Monitor DEX Scores, frustrated user trends, and device health KPIs

Requirements

Advanced Remote Action development using PowerShell and script signing

Experience with endpoint performance troubleshooting on Windows environments
