POSITION: Sales And Marketing Representative
COLDSIS Ghana Limited (CGL) is a technology company in Accra that offers process automation, creative software solutions, and IT consultancy to people, governments, and enterprises. We want to provide cutting-edge technological solutions to the Ghanaian market and become the preferred software development and IT consulting firm statewide.
Role Description
This is a contract on-site position for a Sales and Marketing Representative at COLDSiS in Ghana. The representative will be in charge of communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales and marketing operations on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Helping people shop for new items or services.
- Making product recommendations based on the demands and needs of customers
- Locating new customers, generating leads, and eventually converting them to clients.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
- Using great research abilities and thorough product or industry knowledge to answer any product-related inquiries
Prepare and send weekly sales or inventory reports to management. - Keeping contact lists and following up with current clients to continue developing relationships.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Requirements include sales and training experience, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Requirements include autonomous and teamwork skills, as well as knowledge of technological goods and services (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable fields.
