Job Title: Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the full spectrum of lead generation and business development activities. Your core duties will include:

First, you will generate new customer leads through diverse channels, including direct outreach, networking, and digital platforms.
You will proactively identify sales prospects and execute strategic business development activities within your assigned geographic territory.
A primary focus will be following up on new leads and referrals promptly to convert opportunities into tangible business.
Furthermore, you will be accountable for achieving or exceeding the monthly sales targets set for various products and services.
You will also communicate consistently and build lasting, trusting relationships with both new and existing customers.
Additionally, you will monitor competitor activities to uncover potential customers and market opportunities.
A key part of your role involves developing innovative marketing techniques while continuously refining existing strategies for better performance.
Finally, you will establish and execute specific marketing plans tailored to different products and services to maximize market penetration.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of relevant education and hands-on experience:

A Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
A minimum of three to five years of proven experience in a similar marketing or business development role.
Excellent working knowledge of the MS Office suite and relevant marketing software tools.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Solid practical knowledge of core marketing techniques and principles.
Candidates should be between 25 and 35 years of age.
Applicants must know how to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
