Job Title: Business Line Manager – Ground Support

Sandvik, a globally recognized leader in the mining and construction sectors, is searching for a dynamic Business Line Manager to lead our Ground Support operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive customer satisfaction, expand market share, and boost profitability across the Sales Area. You will be the strategic leader for our Ground Support product line, providing essential technical and application engineering support. Furthermore, you will guide your team toward long-term success while fostering powerful cross-functional collaboration to unlock new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Ground Support products, ensuring alignment with global divisional financial targets.
Manage the complete Profit & Loss and Net Working Capital for the business line within your Sales Area.
Deliver exceptional technical service to customers, including underground support, product retesting, audits, and pull testing.
Build and strengthen relationships with key corporate accounts, creating profitable, long-term partnerships.
Drive revenue growth by providing expert technical support that maximizes customer value from our products.
Collaborate with the division to create and implement business development plans, including the successful launch of new products.
Work closely with the Account Management team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging bundled deals where strategic.
Craft compelling customer value propositions tailored to the local market.
Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely cash collection according to contract terms.
Coordinate market data for analysis to support the development of new product offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Business discipline is preferred, but we strongly value substantial practical experience. The ideal candidate will possess ten years of industry-related experience.

A strong customer service orientation.
Practical knowledge of Ground Support products, technology, and applications is a significant advantage.
Proven ability to formulate and execute long-term business development strategies.
High computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Unwavering professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
The unique ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent skills in business risk assessment and management.
Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Active and attentive listening skills.
