ROLE: Corporate Relationship Manager 

This role is in charge of managing a portfolio of clients by offering them a full range of Pensions goods and services. The goal is to keep and grow the corporate business. Each person is responsible for getting results through their own work.

Duties and obligations

• Manages all client orders under contract and keeps up with clients.
• Offers a full range of pension goods on the market
• Reviews the client’s product portfolio often and suggests new and improved goods that fit the client’s portfolio.
• Keeps up with industry trends and makes sure products are made to meet customer wants and promote long-term growth.
• Builds a list of potential clients and reaches out to them to meet sales goals.
• Takes charge of meeting BU sales goals to ensure growth and market share.
• Clients are given demonstrations.
• Engage with other financial companies and fintech about partnerships and new ideas
• Makes sure that pension funds and other laws are followed.
• Meets regularly with intermediaries and clients to talk about service issues and strengthen current relationships.
• Takes responsibility for giving clients and middlemen the best service possible
• Make important connections with people in the industry
• The person in charge of accrediting intermediaries for a wide range of goods.

Skills and Work Experience

• A degree in sales or marketing that is tied to the business.
• Having worked in sales for three years or more is a plus.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Suite or similar apps well
• Good at getting along with other people, negotiating, and solving problems.
• Ability to act in a way that is honest, professional, and private.
• Does well under stress and meets tight goals.
