About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide dedicated support primarily to our administrative department. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing multiple tasks, thrives in operational support, and brings a positive, “can-do” attitude to every challenge. You will be an integral part of ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Your support will be vital across a diverse range of administrative and operational tasks. Core duties include:
- Administrative Support: You will handle data entry, email management, document preparation, and maintain organized digital filing systems.
- Schedule & Calendar Coordination: You will assist in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and arranging travel logistics.
- Communication Management: You will answer and direct phone calls, respond to inquiries, and help maintain accurate contact databases.
- Digital & Social Media Support: You will help monitor social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with our online community.
- Basic Bookkeeping: You will manage straightforward bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and tracking expenses.
- Research & Customer Service: You will conduct market research for projects and support customer service by responding to inquiries and ensuring follow-up.
- Content Assistance: You will provide support for basic graphic design, content management, and other tasks that aid our marketing efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
