POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
The Human Resource Manager will oversee and help with all HR tasks, make sure that local laws and best practices are followed, plan and carry out the yearly budget, and write reports.

- Lead and handle the HR team as they do things like hiring, HR administration, and finding places for staff to stay.
- Develop and encourage strong staff involvement through communication and creative events or activities, as well as by meeting staff needs and dealing with complaints in a proactive way.
- Develop and carry out plans and strategies that fit with the overall business strategy of the company.
- Help the organization reach its goals by helping with strategic HR operational tasks and making sure compliance is met.
- Make sure a pay plan, salary system, or benefits program works well and keeps working well.
- Supervise and run a method for evaluating performance to improve it.
- Help the management team with any issues linked to the organization and people so they can reach their business goals.
- HR Metrics can help management make decisions, and you should report to management often.
- Make sure that local labor and immigration laws are followed, and handle any legal problems, such as disciplinary actions against staff
- Find out what the company needs in terms of training in order to make and use training programs.
- Make sure that company and local policies and procedures are shared and followed.
- Do any other jobs that the organization wants to be done.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related area.
- It would be a plus to have a Master’s degree and/or an appropriate professional qualification in HR Management.
- At least four years of experience in a similar job or one that is the same.
- Experience planning a budget and a workforce.
- Ability to come up with and carry out plans.
- Know the local rules about work and immigration, as well as how the market works best.
- Excellent at planning, negotiating, and giving presentations.
- Being able to pay close attention to details.
- Good at communicating and taking charge.
- You should be able to use MS Office Suite and Windows OS well.
