POSITION: Title Registration Team Lead

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the registration of collateral assets, including real estate, to ensure security against potential payment defaults and mitigate credit risk linked to any unsecured financial dealings.

  • Address client or departmental inquiries regarding title registration updates to avoid disputes and erroneous title registrations.
  • Confirm that customers have completed payment for account registration as part of the Administration Registration accounts procedure.
  • Participate in collateral review meetings to inform the team about loans, defaults, and the process of registering collateral.
  • Examine and approve the collateral predisposition checklist and deed perfection prior to loan approval to guarantee that collateral is eligible for registration.
  • Monitor and pursue pending documents from vendors and clients to facilitate the registration of collateral.
  • Explore innovative methods to enhance procedures.
  • Identify chances to transition to the platform and facilitate the utilization of technology in enhancing processes and systems.
  • Utilize expertise and experience to recognize and create solutions that enhance service delivery and quality.
  • Deliver timely reports regarding operations, performance, and audit results.
  • Support collaboration and inclusiveness within the team.
  • Oversee team performance within the designated area of responsibility.
