- Manage and retain existing client relationships
- Check to see whether any defaulting clients have resumed payment.
- Register newly hired clients’ personnel and verify their porting paperwork are completed.
- Share appropriate marketing resources to attract new clients and retain brand recognition.
- Submit accurate and timely weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reports
- Communicate customer needs to head office for immediate resolution
- Have a thorough understanding of business goods and value propositions.
- Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients to address their needs.
- Salary Range: Base salary plus performance-based bonuses
Required Qualifications or Experience
- Sales experience/background with a degree/HND in sales/marketing (PREFERRED)
- Pleasant, kind, and accommodating
- Capable of working under duress
- Extensive attention to detail Excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills
