POSITION: Analytics and Reporting Specialist
Position Summary

Nestlé is seeking an Analytics and Reporting Specialist for our Nestlé Business Services Office to collaborate with End-to-End Leads, Process Optimizers, Automation Partners, and Market and Business leaders in designing, constructing, and providing reports and analytics solutions aimed at streamlining and automating processes. Additionally, create and provide standards, frameworks, tools, statistical models, and methodologies.
Your Duties:
- Guide the customization and provision of reports and analytical solutions to Nestlé markets and businesses as required.
- Provide valuable solutions to support business decision-making.
- Develop a fresh approach to fulfill the requirements of business stakeholders.
- Assist team members in generating creative analytics to facilitate business planning alongside market partners.
- Aid in the ongoing enhancement of the framework to guarantee that optimal practices are consistently implemented.
- Present essential data metrics and offer KPI analytics to support monthly and quarterly meetings and productive discussions.
- Provide data analytics educational resources to fellow team members.
- Assist in the ongoing enhancement of educational resources.
- Assist markets in mastering self-service reporting and survey tools.
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Business Administration, particularly in Economics, Statistics, and Actuarial Science, is required.
- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of experience in analytics and reporting.
What Leads to Your Success?
- Skills in designing with Power BI are preferred.
- Preference for proficiency in R and Python coding.
- A graduate degree in a quantitative field is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Power Automate and Report Builder (a beneficial skill)
- Interest in understanding the operations of business organizations, their potential for improved performance, and the capability to create pertinent business questions and testable hypotheses.
- Show effectiveness in converting data into understanding.
- Show expertise in collaborating with business leaders to transform insights into practical people strategies.
- Experience in managing stakeholders at the highest organizational levels.
- Skill in conveying intricate statistical analyses to business executives and professionals.
- Proficient in utilizing sophisticated analytical methods (qualitative and quantitative) to address business challenges.
- Proven capacity to adjust to situations, utilizing general methods and principles in particular contexts.
- Familiarity and ease in managing and collaborating on projects with teams across different functions and locations.
- Fluent in English
- Great ability and eagerness to acquire knowledge.
