Role Overview
As Chief Operating Officer, you will translate corporate vision into actionable operational plans across sourcing, processing, and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with growth objectives

- Co-manage divisional P&L with CEO focus on cost control and working capital optimization
Supply Chain & Process Optimization
- Design resilient global supply chain networks with emphasis on traceability and sustainability
- Enhance operational efficiency through lean manufacturing and process improvement
- Ensure world-class customer delivery performance across all markets
- Maintain stringent quality standards throughout processing and refining operations
Team Development & Stakeholder Management
- Build and mentor high-performing operations teams across multiple locations
- Foster an organizational culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Board members and external partners on strategic initiatives
- Strengthen stakeholder relationships while ensuring global compliance standards
Qualifications and Experience
Essential Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in agro-processing
- Proven track record in COO or equivalent senior management roles
- Extensive background in fats & oils, commodity processing, or related B2B sectors
- Experience managing complex multi-country operations and supply chains
Technical Competencies:
- Expertise in P&L management and capital investment planning
- Strong background in operational scaling and productivity enhancement
- Experience leading organizational transformation and post-merger integration
- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices and digital optimization
