POSITION: Project Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the General Manager with accountability to the Managing Director, this role is central to driving the successful execution of our construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our renowned standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Manager will provide strategic oversight for all project phases. Core duties include:

First, you will plan, initiate, and manage real estate development projects from conception through to completion.
You will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including contractors and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
A fundamental responsibility involves creating, implementing, and meticulously monitoring project budgets and timelines.
Furthermore, you will enforce strict adherence to project management standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.
You will also proactively identify project risks and implement effective problem-solving strategies to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Additionally, you will maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.
You will prepare and present regular progress reports, ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.

Required Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge and leadership ability:

A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
A minimum of three years of direct experience working as a Project Manager.
Previous experience within a real estate or construction company is a significant advantage.
A thorough, practical understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Strong supervisory capabilities and a collaborative leadership style.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management tools.
High integrity, unwavering accountability, and exceptional attention to detail.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Location Requirement

Candidates must reside in or near Community 25, Dawhenya, or Tema. We highly encourage applications from individuals living in these enclaves.
