Mantrac Ghana LTD is hiring new candidates for the following positions.
1. Mining Technology Enabled Solution Engineer
Tasks/Obligations
- Keep up-to-date with the technical aspects of Mining Technology Enabled Solution (MTES) hardware, software, and their installation processes and requirements.
- Provide reliable and outstanding service experiences supported by interconnected asset assistance for technology-driven solutions and deliver increased customer value through proactive maintenance and improved diagnostics.
- Offer both onsite and remote assistance whenever feasible for technology-driven solutions.
- Upgrade, install, diagnose, examine, enhance and reduce, guide and educate on software updates and online assistance.
- Keep an up-to-date understanding of rival products in mining technology.
- Collaborate with Caterpillar support teams in the upkeep of the implemented MTES solution.
Qualifications Needed & Experience
- Bachelor of Science / Higher National Diploma / Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- Networking, hardware, and software for computers (Microsoft Certified)
- Demonstrated expertise in related areas
2. Assistant Credit Controller
Tasks/Obligations
- Examine the monthly debtors’ Aging Analysis, probing into any discrepancies or variations that need further clarification and reconciliation.
- Distribute and reconcile all payments on both cash and credit customer accounts before the close of each month. Additionally, transfer all payments on customer accounts associated with upcoming invoicing to advance payment accounts.
- Examine customer account statements weekly, reconcile them, and coordinate with the Salespersons to verify payment details and cash received. Additionally, addressing any inquiries from customers with the relevant sales representatives.
- Making sure that credit customers’ statements are reconciled and dispatched regularly for review, while promptly addressing any queries from customers.
- Regularly examine all credit sales contracts and issue the required journal vouchers for the monthly payments due.
- In addition to the previously mentioned tasks, any other responsibilities are assigned to the Credit Manager.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- BSc/HND qualification in accounting from a recognized institution
- Should possess at least 5 years of pertinent work experience in an accounting position.
- Holding a professional qualification such as ICA, CAG, or ACCA at an advanced level will provide an additional benefit.
- Having experience in the heavy equipment sector is a valuable asset.
