1. Head of Internal Audit

Qualification and Experience Required

• Requires a minimum of a First Degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• A higher qualification or professional qualification is preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in auditing
• Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of T24 Banking software
• Strong communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and adaptability to local conditions are essential

2. Head of Human Resource

Qualifications & Experience

• At least a first-year degree in human resource management or a comparable discipline or equivalent professional qualification. Associate IHRP is an added benefit.
• Computer literate
• At least 3 years of relevant job experience
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability to local conditions.

Location: Upper East Region.
