Role Overview

As Property Manager, you will maintain our properties to the highest standards while fostering positive tenant relationships. You will coordinate maintenance activities, manage lease administration, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our commercial portfolio. This position demands both strategic oversight and hands-on management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Tenant Relations & Business Development

Acquire new tenants through proactive leasing strategies and property showings
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement initiatives
Address tenant concerns with empathy and professional resolution
Manage tenant departure procedures and facility transitions

Operations & Maintenance Management

Supervise repair and maintenance activities to ensure property excellence
Coordinate vendors and service providers for optimal facility performance
Maintain comprehensive records of tenant interactions and maintenance work
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standards

Financial Administration & Reporting

Collect rent payments and manage payment schedules with the accounting team
Develop and manage property budgets with cost-effective resource allocation
Negotiate contracts with contractors to ensure value for money
Maintain accurate records of leases, complaints, and tenant communications

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of property management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and compliance standards

Professional Competencies:

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Effective negotiation and financial management capabilities
