POSITION: Quality Officer

Overview of the Position:
We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Quality Officer who has at least 4 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, ideally in the agricultural or food production industries. The preferred applicant must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a similar discipline. This position demands a proactive person dedicated to making sure our products adhere to all necessary quality and safety regulations. The chosen applicant must be prepared to move to Ketu North.
Main Duties:
- Create, execute, and oversee quality assurance protocols to guarantee product uniformity and adherence.
- Perform routine checks and evaluations of manufacturing procedures to detect possible quality concerns.
- Make sure that raw materials, production techniques, and end products comply with regulatory and company requirements.
- Keep precise documentation of inspection outcomes, quality assessments, and production information.
- Work together with production and technical teams to quickly address quality problems.
- Educate employees on quality assurance methods, food safety guidelines, and sanitation practices.
- Oversee and uphold adherence to local and global food safety standards.
- Aid in the creation of quality reports and take part in ongoing enhancement efforts.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a relevant discipline is required at a minimum.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar position.
- Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP guidelines, and GMP practices.
- Outstanding focus on specifics with a robust ability to resolve issues.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with teams from various functions.
- Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
- Skill in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis programs.
- Readiness to move to Ketu North.
