Job Description
A reputable organization requires the skills of an expert facilities manager to help them increase their portfolio.
Roles and responsibilities
- Setting, collecting, and depositing rent
- Marketing, exhibiting, and leasing unoccupied units.
- Screening, signing, and renewing leases for renters
- Addressing tenant concerns and complaints
- Schedule and track property maintenance and repairs.
- Communicate with property owners and comply with landlord-tenant legislation.
- Managing the finances, paperwork, and taxes for properties
- Renting out unused spaces.
Required Skill or Experience
- Must have a minimum Diploma in Real Estate
- You must have a place to live in Kumasi.
- Must have at least three years of experience in the field of property management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
