Job Description

A reputable organization requires the skills of an expert facilities manager to help them increase their portfolio.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Setting, collecting, and depositing rent
  • Marketing, exhibiting, and leasing unoccupied units.
  • Screening, signing, and renewing leases for renters
  • Addressing tenant concerns and complaints
  • Schedule and track property maintenance and repairs.
  • Communicate with property owners and comply with landlord-tenant legislation.
  • Managing the finances, paperwork, and taxes for properties
  • Renting out unused spaces.

Required Skill or Experience

  • Must have a minimum Diploma in Real Estate
  • You must have a place to live in Kumasi.
  • Must have at least three years of experience in the field of property management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Marketing and negotiation skills
