We are actively seeking motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to join our expanding team in Kumasi. This role is central to driving our business growth through proactive client engagement, strategic marketing, and effective sales execution. Key Responsibilities
As a Sales and Marketing Officer, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand and services. Your core duties will include:
- First, you will proactively generate new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and community engagement.
- You will conduct compelling presentations and property viewings, clearly communicating the features and value of our land offerings.
- A primary responsibility involves developing and executing localized marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
- Furthermore, you will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them through the entire sales process.
- You will also assist in creating marketing materials and content for both online and offline channels.
- Additionally, you will achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s revenue goals.
- Finally, you will maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our customer management system.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational & Professional Background:
- A Degree, HND, or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of two years of proven experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role.
- Prior experience in the real estate, property, or related industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Location Requirement: This position is based in Kumasi. Applicants must reside in or around the Kaase, Ahodwo, and surrounding areas to ensure proximity and effective local market engagement.
