POSITION: Office Operational Support Intern

Objective:
To provide job training and mentorship to post-national service graduates through hands-on and structured training in project management, development practice, and personal development. The chosen individual will provide operational support to the Tamale office, ensuring efficient and successful office operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Help project managers coordinate and track project timeframes and deliverables.
- Support administrative duties like data input, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal procedures to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth communication and project execution.
- Participate in team meetings and bring new perspectives to ongoing initiatives.
Qualification Required
- A bachelor’s degree in social sciences or another relevant discipline.
- Must have done national service.
- Excellent organizing and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.
Location: Tamale.
